The Quezon City Cubao Lions Club together with the San Diego Executive Lions Club will conduct FREE Cataract and Glaucoma Operation for indigent patients on March 5, 6, & 7, 2008 at the Quirino General Hospital (Labor Hospital) in Project 4, Quezon City.
Prospective patients must present the following documents on or before February 15, 2008:
1. Opthalmologist Certificate
2. Chest X ray , CBC , FBS , ECG
3. DSWD Clearance
4. Parental consent, if minor
Prospective patients are also advised to have a complete medical check-up before the operation.
